Done some digging and found that the file under Rock-n-Roll.app/Contents/MacOS/ was not set as executable. Doing chmod +x Rock-n-Roll.app/Contents/MacOS/Love\,\ Money\,\ Rock-n-Roll fixed it and it now runs. So you may want to look into why that is happening
